The key to the success of this project was to make sure that there would be enough private garden space for a new house as well as the existing one. The rear boundary wall of the existing garden faced on to another public roarway, and, as such, there was hope in our clients’ eyes when they came to us for help.
Once we had analysed the site and surrounding area, we were able to say that there was enough room (just) and that the other parameters for getting a planning approval for a new house on the site could also me met.
We obtained planning permission, tendered the construction to suitable builders, administered the building contract and inspected /snagged the works to a successful hand-over to the happy clients.
